All items ship from the United States. However, they do not all ship from the same location. If you order multiple items they may ship separately. Please reference your confirmation and shipping emails for detailed tracking information.

Each product is produced just for you! Products take between 2-9 business days to be finished (4 business days is the average outside of the Christmas holiday rush). Your product will ship after it is made, so check your order tracking emails for status updates.

We hope you love and enjoy every purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please follow refund instructions in your confirmation email or on your packing slip.
